Our characteristic, cosy and bright apartment is centrally located in a beautiful quiet green street next to Amstel river. The apartment still features the historic details dating back to its construction -1890’s- while the inside has been completely renovated in 2014 and is equipped with central heating and a beautiful oak floor which matches the 1890’s details that have been retained. The apartment, the front outer side as well as the stairwell have been freshly painted last year.
The spacious well organized 3-room (2 bedrooms) en-suite apartment on the first floor with 2 balconies (front with river view & back with garden view) is in the eastern part of Amsterdam in the lively Weesperzijdestrook, well known for its leisure opportunities (picknick, swimming, rowing, Supping, biking, etc.).
